I’m Tim Sterne, Founding Director of Basalt Solutions. I understand that Christian ministries are a unique context in which to handle concerns and complaints. They have their own culture, language, governance structures, and specific relational dynamics.

Alongside my cultural understanding, I also have the skills, knowledge and experience to guide you through your most stressful situations.
