What We Bring
Basalt Solutions conducts independent workplace investigations for churches and faith-based organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Founding Director Tim Sterne brings a background in investigation leadership as a Detective Sergeant with New Zealand Police and now conducts workplace and administrative investigations across education, charities and nonprofits. He also has decades of active church membership and leadership, plus teaching experience in Christian schools.
