Investigation Training

Practical, specialist workshops that equip your leaders to investigate complex and sensitive matters with fairness, competence and confidence.

Build the capability before you need it

Most concerns and complaints never need an external investigator…if the people inside your organisation are equipped to respond well. A poorly run internal investigation doesn’t just fail to resolve the matter – it creates new problems: procedural unfairness, escalation, and reputational damage that could have been avoided.

The organisations that come through difficult situations well are the ones that built the capability early  – leaders who understand procedural fairness, staff who can plan and conduct a sound interview, decision-makers who know when a matter can be handled internally and when it can’t.

Our training exists to build exactly that. It’s designed specifically for schools, tertiary institutions, faith-based organisations and nonprofits. Grounded in real cases from these sectors, instead of generic waffle.

This training is principles-based – objectivity, natural justice, balance of probabilities, confidentiality – concepts common across contexts. We then tailor delivery to the specific obligations and frameworks of your context and jurisdiction.
