Leadership Coaching & Supervision
Leadership is hard. Even the most technically capable leaders find that the people side of leadership brings situations that experience in the work itself doesn’t prepare them for. When a concern lands on your desk or a relationship starts to fracture, the best next step is often a conversation with someone objective and impartial who has been there before.
Our experience in handling concerns, complaints and conflict has shown us the value in leaders having a trusted, experienced persion to think things through with. That’s what our coaching and supervision offers – one-on-one reflective sessions in which a leader can examine their relationships, judgements, communications, decisions and the challenges of their role.
It’s designed for leaders in schools, tertiary institutions, charities, churches and community organisations where the people challenges carry real weight and the stakes are high.
