My on-demand coaching service provides real-time practical support for leaders and managers conducting investigations. It’s not legal advice – just pragmatic guidance from an experienced investigator who understands your sector. You stay in control – I provide a sounding board, oversight and the reassurance you need to handle things properly and get to the truth.

When you engage me as a coach, I don't take control of the investigation - you remain in charge. I provide oversight of your fact-finding process. This includes things like meeting with participants and families to explain natural justice principles, conducting briefings with staff, checking paperwork and processes, and being available to "troubleshoot".

My coaching is ideal for principals, HR managers, or pastoral leaders responsible for disciplinary investigations. It can be particularly helpful for those who lack investigation experience or whose skills are simply a bit "rusty".
Coaching is charged at an hourly rate.
