FAQ
When you engage Tim as a coach, he doesn't take control of the investigation - you remain in charge. He provides oversight of your fact-finding process. This includes things like meeting with participants and families to explain natural justice principles, conducting briefings with staff, checking paperwork and processes, and being available to "troubleshoot".
Both. We can provide a one-off consultation or walk alongside you through the whole process.
Our coaching is ideal for principals, HR managers, or pastoral leaders responsible for disciplinary investigations. It can be particularly helpful for those who lack investigation experience or whose skills are simply a bit "rusty".
